This doctor is one of the most caring, knowledgable doctors you could possibly meet. What he does for his patients knows no bounds. He's extremely well trained, a physician and diagnostian which makes him so much better as a dr. as he can work out physical against psychiatric. He has tremendous knowledge. He's honestly one of the kindest doctors I've ever met and he's saved my life at times from physical things. Sadly he has now retired but his legacy left behind shows no bounds. He has changed my life, helped me to protect myself against people who nearly destroyed me, given me the confidence to handle it all. And someone to simply talk to helping me to get through a very hard life. When problems have arisen, I've gone to him for advice always feeling then coping so much better. He's helped change me from a mouse to someone who will stand up to goodness knows what even fighting wrong things in this world because of the confidence he has given me, into someone who will even be strong enough to risk my own life to change things for the better. That was NOT me before. The day I first met him was the day my life was saved from a lifetime of abuse. No one else understood, he always did. He cared so much. He has been the wind beneath my wings. Have a good retirement Dr. Tottman, if anyone deserves it, you do. It's shattering though when people such as him retire, It leaves a big hole in the world.
