Dr. Tan is exceptional; she goes the extra mile to help her patient; I will never forget how she drove in to the office from her home to attend to a patient when, from a telephone conversation, she correctly identified this was an emergency. In the midst of Covid lockdown she managed to get him on the urgent list of the clinic to which she referred him and thus significantly advanced the time of his surgery. She “saved” his eye! Dr. Tan is very knowledgeable and remains open to continued learning. She is definitely about doing the very best for her patient. I recommend her highly.

Dr. Tan, Wylie, is not only an incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, dedicated, and patient centred doctor, it is evident that she is also a naturally skilled leader of her team. They reflect her patient centreness and joy in their work helping people. The atmosphere, feel of her facility is welcoming to the point of ‘can’t wait till my next appointment’. Meant to write a review after my first appointment with her after my former optometrist retired but am now getting around to it. She tells you exactly what is going on with your eyes in a very straight up but not dispassionate way, in fact she seems to care about your eye care, shouldn’t say seems, you can tell she is genuinely just wanting to help. Always on time, professional but friendly, as is the staff. Can’t imagine a better eye doc.

I am new to the area and was referred to this clinic by my co workers. From my initial enquiry on making an appointment right through to the end of my appointment I can’t say enough how impressed I am. Dr. Tan was thorough and patient with all my questions and her staff is equally as wonderful.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Tan today and she is a wonderful optometrist! She was thorough, caring and very up to date on my options for treatment. Her team was welcoming and friendly and my entire experience there was a pleasure. They have made a lifetime patient!

After seeing the former doctor at this location for years, I was extremely impressed with my visit. Dr. Tan is very warm and cares about her new patients. The staff was friendly, caring and efficient. I will definitely be sharing how great my experience was with my family and friends.
