Dr Zachary, was very informative on the next steps for treatment of my neck and suggested physical therapy t o build my neck muscles and get more strength in my neck to help minimize the shift of bones and minimize bone spur and arthritis pains. From my past experience with injuries this is a very good starting point, may minimize or resolve some of or all of the pain that I deal with almost on a daily basis. He is definitely a doctor that I would recommend to friends or family.
