I have found myself in unpleasant conditions recently which made me search for help. I am grateful for choosing Elena to be my therapist. She showed sincere interest in my issues and helped me to understand myself and find my way out. She made me feel accepted, safe and balanced. The journey is not over but I am determined to continue. After my separation, my 4 year old was facing anxiety and behavioral issues. The first day my son met Elena, they connected right away. I am so grateful my son has done a 180 and is doing so well today. Elena is calm, understanding, and very knowledgeable in her field, especially with my experience she made me feel more confident as a parent to my child. Everything she said made sense and helped me during this hard time with my son by guiding him and me. I recommend her more than 100% , and we will definitely go back if we need to.

Elena is the best psychologist I have visited to date. She is super compassionate and sweet. All the techniques shes taught me in therapy are super helpful. I always leave feeling 10 times better than I did prior to the session. She makes you feel understood, heard and validated. Her kindness, attentiveness and caring make a huge difference. After trying to find the right fit for therapy for years, I feel like I’ve hit the jackpot. I’m so lucky. I couldn’t recommend her more!!

Elena is extremely warm and non-judgmental. She helped me get through the most difficult time in my life. I left her office feeling feeling confident and ready to shine. She sincerely cares about her patients and their overall well-being. She even checked up on me weeks after our last session to make sure I was doing well. Elena goes above and beyond for you. I recommend her 100%.

Elena is extremely attentive , caring and her smile is omnipresent. Punctual, friendly and soft spoken, she makes you feel understood and guides you in a non intrusive manner. I have enjoyed speaking with her over several hours. Thank you Elena for your professionalism and kindness.
