I went in for a colonoscopy and i will tell you that ALL the nurses AND Doctors were 100% great. Decades ago i used to work in a hospital as a male volunteer and this hospital reminds me of this. They ALL deserve a raise. I was really nervous and made me feel like they were there for me. If it was a restaurant i would tip them 100%. Thank you guys and girls

Team lead trauma female dr short blonde was horrible, zero bedside manners, zero compassion, do not know her name . Dr Daht was fantastic. If you have serious injuries and end up with female trauma dr do not waste your time and run to the Professionals at Royal Columbian Hospital.

Just wanted to appreciate and thank an RN from Abbotsford hospital Emergency- Mark! Very helpful, nice and eager to help everyone! We know it’s not easy to work in such demanding environment, but Mark was absolutely the best nurse we had in emergencies room. Thank you, Mark!

Absolutely terrible care. Communication in general is non existent!! As far as cleanliness well I do t think they know the definition. Medical floor had a continuous stench of urine and floors were filthy

My visit to the emergency started September 9th and lasted until September 10 a total of 9 hours and 45 minutes until I was seen. I called out the nurse on the staffs unprofessional conduct she didn’t like that and the indo Canadian doctor was just as displeased on being called out over unprofessional conduct, as a result the doctor refused to provide medical services. I will be filing a lawsuit in due course against the staffs employer the union and Fraser Valley Health.

Went to the ER with acute appendicitis. My blood tests showed infection and I was experiencing horrific abdominal pain. No physical exam of my abdomen, no X-ray. I was sent home without treatment because my file said I didn't have an appendix!!!!?!? Could my pain and infection have been something else? They didn't bother to examine me for any other cause. After a week of fever pain and delirium I returned to the hospital and was found to have a ruptured appendix. Those people in the ER are dangerous.

They forget who they are working for. When a senior that has worked hard all his life and paid taxes to build your hospital comes in they should be treated with dignity just like everyone. Both my elderly parents have spent up to 12hrs waiting in ER and in beds in the hallways for days. Nurses feel like they don't need to provide results or care info....the only people good are the ambulance , the paramedics and an occasional caring doctor

Let's talk about the young doctor in the emergency section, the one with the beard and has an attitude, my daughter was there and even though she is an adult needs help to understand things. I walked up and said so what's going on, all of a sudden doctors hand cues up and says I don't appreciate the attitude, ( like W T F) I walked up and just said what's going on . How about you drop the god syndrome and do you dam job . And show some respect the the nurse you rude disrespectful a hole. If this is what our health system is going to be like, no wonder I don't go the the doctors when you have quacks like this in the job.

5 stars goes to a RN named Mark. He helped my husband prep for his renal stone procedure. He's outstanding.
