this place should be closed down.overpriced and very limited services.Only interested in generating money and not interested in the community or providing quality services. You wold be better going to Field to get health care

Great friendly staff, seem x-ray taken and out within one hour. About as good an experience as you can have when visiting a hospital

There are far too many people who work in this hospital who do not care in the slightest about helping patients. Should find a new profession if you can look at someone crying from being in so much pain with a straight face, no empathy what so ever and not offering any help. Dr Kusmerik refused to give me anything for my pain because as she said “the Tylenol and advil I had already taken was enough for the pain I was in, from a UTI”. Completely disregarded what I said, and basically told me how my pain felt. And when I asked if I needed more antibiotics ( as I had just recovered? and finish a prescription for a UTI), she said “no, young, healthy people do not need antibiotics.” She refused to give me painkillers or antibiotics. And said I should not come to the er for a UTI, that’s something you go to a family doctor for. I’ll also mention there was no one else in the ER, and the whole time I was crying and waiting for the doctor to see me I could hear them all very clearly talking casually about scheduling, plans for the weekend etc etc. Very unprofessional, and no sense that patients are a priority over their chatting and laughing with each other. I left still crying from pain without getting any help for it. This is by far the most rude and unprofessional hospital I’ve ever been too.

I would like to say a big thank you to all the nurses and doctor who cared for me on the night of August 19 after a very bad reaction to cannabis. They were all fantastic.

You have to apologize to them when your leaving for bothering them , everybody is standing around talking , It feels like they want to get you out of there as fast as they can , incase you might upset their conversation . doctor dismissed me as soon as possible , without a proper exam or diagnoses. Not sure if he didn’t know what he was doing or just didn’t feel like doing anything , he couldn’t wait to get back to the nurses at the front desk to continue his conversation . Very arrogant , which is usually used to compensate for ones imcompencies, some nurses listening in to your conversation as your talking to the admintence nurse , this is the extent of their concern . Some people are in the wrong profession , should be ashamed to call themselves medical professionals, I guess the feeling of saying you live in Banff and your making a good salary is what drives them, Some are decent , I won’t paint them all with the same brush

More like a spa than a hospital Provides only basic services and should be ashamed to call itself a hospital Very overpriced if you are from abroad and needs to be more realistic about its capabilities
