my father in law is living in filth, we sat with Paul after several days of trying to find someone "in charge" he just blew it off as lazy workers and would talk to them, and assured it would not be a problem in the future. i placed a potato chip under the bed just to see what would happen, 16 days later it was still there. it obviously a place where you wait to die, not a place you put your beloved family members.

Inexcusable poor management, I spoke to a manager Young plowman there referanceing my moms care, he just kept trying to talk in circles and spoke to me like a child. He carried himself like someone who was either extremely worn down or under the influence. Never received a solid or acceptable answer from him at all, we are in the process of trying to relocate her to another care facility.

I think its the worse place in Canada . The care is the worse it is stinky run down and the staff are lazy and rude . Staff need to spend more time with patients rather than sitting together chatting . Spend some time on the floor ..They need supervision . Its a horrible place .
