Cancers never good. The staff I've met at BC cancer filling me with confidence. The treatment plan they laid out was both comprehensive and workable. They made me feel like they had done this before. This was not new ground. Most the issues I encountered they predicted and warned me about before I encountered them. I have nothing but good things to say about the BC cancer organization

As a patient at BC Cancer Agency, I have accolades for Dr. Scott Tyldesley and Dr Michael Peacock. Both very willing to share their time and expertise, and both very caring professionals.
There are some logistical challenges reaching staff at BC Cancer, however, I have found both these Doctors and their immediate support staff do their best to respond as promptly as possible.

I have noticed nothing but neglect and dismissiveness since I first had the unfortunate experience of needing to attend the BCCA, They seem more interested in Scolding me for asking for help and asking questions instead of giving me help and answering my questions, they seem extremely arrogant cold blooded and rude, these evasive deadpan doctors really don’t seem to care and make me feel stupid for asking questions about something I certainly never wanted to know about, cancer is pure terror but I don’t think they even understand that, I have heard nothing but bad things from other patients as well. They told me I had a well drawn out treatment plan but they never showed it to me, they never return my calls and never answer the phone and I am so sick of their answering machine, they need to take some pointers from the USA oncologists. BCCA you are bloody useless

I totally agree with the person who called it a disorganized mess. You cannot reach a human being via the switchboard. It is a dreadful way to deal with ill people
