Not only is this hospital nasty, they are slow unhelpful and Rude! The nurses if you could call them that are extremely unprofessional and rude. I had 2 kidney stones thanks to finding out at RGH, and a severe kidney infection. I needed real medication and not what the doctor was trying to give me IBUPROFEN and when I tell you I was in pain I was. My urine was red, with blood. I was hunched over for 4 hrs waiting on answers. The pain gets worse I'm begging for an IV of fluids. They DOCTOR refused fluids so I could go pee. He said I didn't need them after me begging saying I couldn't pee and needed fluids. They give me toradal and something else does nothing for that pain after 2 hrs of begging and me crying this red head nurse named Samantha or savanna idk said you will be quiet in my hospital and threatened to throw me out of the hospital refusing to treat me. I rang the call button several times and nobody came and cared. So when I start crying and getting mad you will not be disrespectful to me. I will die before I go back to that hospital. I will be calling all corporate numbers on that sorry doctor and that sorry nurse. THANKS FOR NOT HELPING ME GET RELIEF!

I was very nervous about going in a hospital during covid but I was very very happy with all the covid protocols that they had

Family was treated well and respected. It didn't feel as isolated as some hospitals in the area
