Brampton hospital service is too worst. We came in emergency at 1:00am and it’s take 5 -6 hours for waiting no nurses are available here. It’s a 24 hours emergency and no one care about this. They said that nurse will come at 4:00am but, she come at 8:00 am . This is the ungrateful.

The staff and doctors are quite rude. They make assumptions, presume what patients need to do, without ever making me feel comfortable or at ease with the procedure I was having.

My 84 year old mother, who was paralyzed due to a stroke 3 years ago, was admitted with pneumonia. She received amazing care in emergency and then in the Palliative Care unit. Staff were professional, caring and friendly deficient.

My wife spent 4 days this week in ER and a room and found the professional staff to be wonderful including nurses and doctors. The support staff however was a different matter and I am speaking specifically about the cleanliness which was in some cases disgusting. Floors were filthy in the ER and bathrooms in general as well as the room she was in. She never saw a floor cleaner in the 4 days she was there for example. This appears to be a management issue. I also found the doctors in the ER to be overworked. They seemed to be unfriendly obviously a result of the stress they were working under.

My daughter is a cardiac patient and was admited at the Lynch St. location and had a severe medical emergency, she was taken immediatly and the nurses and Doctor attending reponded immediatly, taken from Lynch St. to Brampton memorial within a couple of hours, did not wait long for my daughter to get a room but she was critical, later in the am that night admitted to CCU. Nurses and the Doctors are working high under staffed and working some over 70 hours a week. I blame our goverenment for multiple reasons, keep voting Liberal and this is what you are going to get and it will get worse. I commend the front liners you all are doing more than the best you can and thank them all!, even after myself and daughter came home with covid it was inevitable.

Worst hospital of the world. Don't take your parents, they kill elderly population, they killed my mom, they don't have capacity in ratio to population of Brampton. Doctors are Narcissistic, they will behave well eventually kill your loved one.Doctors will say we don't have bed in the I.C.U. Fact is this they don't want to work. They make their lives easy. By Killing people and making happy to management. No one will listen to you. Only Governing body is College of Physicians, but they will take no action.

I was admitted to BCH for kidney stone(s) after approx 2hrs had blood work done. Needless to say I had excruciating pain sitting in the waiting room. There was only one doctor on duty. My heart really went out to this doctor. I was eventually called into the examination room and waited there for another two hours. There were many nurses on duty but it appears with nothing to do. I eventually discharged myself after losing five hours of my life. Do not go to the ATC department. I give them 1/4 star.

My wife had major surgery with Dr Gowing March 27th and we would like to thank everyone we came in contact with at Bramton Civic. Dr Gowing and his staff did an amazing job and everyone she came in contact with from Catscan Cardiologist nurses psw the Simcu and surgical wards were all wonderful. Coming from Parry Sound and spending 9 days in your hospital you made a hard experience easier. You have an amazing hospital and staff. Many thanks Bill and Tina Greig

Post op nurses are all horrible. Need to learn how to deal with children. Ashley Singh the anaesthetist needs to be trained all over again. He made a threat to harm my 6 year old once coming out of surgery.

Despite the infusion of private and corporate donations from government and the public, this hospital and it's administration needs to up their game and provide good quality care to the community it serves. Very poor care to the sick and elderly and blatant disregard for the welfare of those who need them the most particularly the seniors. Staff should go through rigorous training in their people skills and how to treat their patients with dignity and compassion.
