This hospital suffers from a severe case of ânobody wants to be hereâ, and that includes patients and staff. It’s a blah, unfriendly hospital and the emergency dept is probably the worst I have ever experienced. Unfortunately, ambulances will only bring a patient to the closest hospital, so going to Kingston was not an option for me. The nurses and the doctors just seem to be concerned about when their shift will end, and their lack of empathy, interest, and professionalism does not inspire any confidence in terms of the care that you’re going to receive. Go elsewhere if you can.

My 2 year old Grandson went last week very sick wheezing short of breath. The doctor said it was a virus that he would be fine and on his way out said to his mom you might want to get rid of the soother!!! Well he ended up being admitted to Kingston general that night with RSV and asthma. Needless to say we won’t bother going to brockville ever again

Crisis line tells people to â get their s$@& together â I called to report this immediately to patients relations but no call back for weeks I guess it’s not important to them . I’m afraid of this hospital bc my painful health conditions are being dismissed and even the er dr said â I’m not dealing with a long list of health issues and if you try to make me in going to get madâ okay.. I won’t try to make you ..do your job
