Worst hospital ever, completely ignored and be told to see my family doctor for my medical problem when the reason why I’m there is to see a doctor cause I can’t get in to mine for 3 weeks. I’m confused is this a hospital or not! Somerhi g really needs to be done on how people are treated and not looked at or taken seriously. They are rude and do not communicate with the patient and I’m not the only one who has this same problem it’s very well known how bad it is so maybe we need to go on and above to get this dealt with.

Worst care I’ve ever received. Nurse actually said “why does she come here when we don’t treat her”
Took an hour just to get registered.
Worst hospital I’ve ever been in.

So far I have been impressed with how professional and competent the nurses and other support staff are at this hospital.

Worst hospital I’ve ever been to. Nursing staff rude and ignored my needs as a patient. Going in for having a baby I feel like that special time was ruined for me.

Equipment of all sorts is stacked in hallways creating an evacuation nightmare should a fire occur. Needs to be investigated by the Fire Marshall.

Just watched a doctor and 3 nurses talk about vacation and weekend plans for an hour while the waiting room is full, the beds are full and there wasn't an action or work done for for at least that hour. 3 hours in the wait room and 2 hours in a bed. I understand being shorthanded but 4 people doing nothing come on.

I passed out and was taken to BVDH emergency. I registered and then passed out again in the emergency waiting room. Received immediate attention and when on the gurney went into cardiac arrest. They did CPR, revived me and evacuated me to Vancouver w/in two hours. Received incredible care and survived. Everything the staff did to stabalize and prepare me for the trip was followed through. They were competent, caring and professional. First class place.
