i had a kidney stone when i was 16, and was in the emergency room. i still had to wait 3-6 hours when i ended up in emerge, because unfortunately this is how the healthcare system is recently. Unfortunately, i was in the worst pain of my life, and they first misdiagnosed me with a UTI. sent me home. i came back 2 days later, and they said it was a kidney stone finally. the most the doctors would do was give me normal grade Tylenol, and send me home to pass the stone. i was in screaming pain, but they wouldn't do anything for me. i didn't pass the stone for a month, and they refused to operate. i was referred to the urologist in the hospital, and we gave her assistant the stone to send it to the lab for analysis. they lost the stone. overall, i was never able to be properly treated with any medication that helped, and never got to know why i had the kidney stone due to them being unorganized. i love the children's hospital and all that they do, but they unfortunately weren't helpful for me during one of the most painful and scary times of my life.

This hospital is amazing! My daughter has been going here since she was a few months old. The Dr.s are excellent and tremendously caring and compassionate to their patients and their families. The food is a bit pricey but it’s worth it.
I love that they have a store that gives back to the hospital. This hospital has been a second home to us since my daughter was 2 months old.

The best doctors, staff, facilities and service. The not only care for their patients but for the family too. We’ve been there several times, and the overall experience is great!
