This day in age 2023 my father goes in this excuse for a hospital with an infection and 7 days later he is dead. This poor excuse of a facility for health care killed my father. And once transferred to Moncton the doctors there admitted the time wasted in Campbelltown cost my dad his life. That's where the health care system in the US is leap years ahead of Canada. There is accountability in the US non in Canada at all because if there was there are two inexperienced medical so-called doctors that would be back driving a taxi cab if they were lucky.

Waited 5 hours while no patients where being taken at the ER and when asked why it was taking so long they answered no doctors where on shift right now, so we were all waiting for no reason. i left and went to Maria's hospital instead and got checked right away. last month someone died in the waiting room after being told to wait for 8 hours, a couple years back my grandma was sent back home after being told she was fine and died that very night. Many bad stories about this place. Save your time, Save your lives, go elsewhere! dalhousie, maria or bathurst

I am not allowed to take my elderly mother who suffers from dementia to this hospital because of shady politics. If she dies for not receiving proper care it's your fault Higgs. SEGREGATION is FASCISM.

I don’t recommend a hospital that steals off dead patients of 89 years old. I don’t recommend a hospital that kicks patients who are getting heart screenings out of bed. I don’t recommend a hospital that forces you to change your mask, making your infection likelihood increase. You allow people to go to Soup N Sweets and interact outside and visit in family rooms but you have issue with community masks. If you’re so short staffed put those door employees to real work with actual patients. No contact tracing can be done because those people aren’t taking information. They’re just there to enforce mask wearing for patients already wearing masks. If I get covid it will be from the hospital where I was forced to expose my face, several times.

went to the emergency room one night, the lady who you sign your papers with after entering triage was sleeping at her desk, they are six examination rooms, five examination rooms were empty in the back except for one room, and the nurses were laughing and talking in the back while the emergency waiting room was almost full of patients. This is very unprofessional staff and nurses. There was a mess on the floor in the emergency waiting room, nobody wanted to clean it. It is a very dirty hospital, and some doctors like to give medication that isn’t part of your problem, overmedicated the patients. The rooms are barely half clean before you enter them. I recommended to go to another hospital and avoid the Campbellton Regional Hospital.

absolutely terrible hospital, there is no cleanliness in the ER, one of the worst hospitals in New Brunswick. the waiting room is dirty, the examination rooms are dirty, often not cleaned before patients enter. unfortunately it is the only hospital in Campbellton, I absolutely would not recommend anyone to go at the Campbellton Regional Hospital if you have the option to go to Bathurst that would be your better choice. the service is terrible they often misdiagnose patients and give them medication that they do not need. The wait times are very long at the ER. Avoid this hospital and go to the nearest one if you’re able to. It appears that nurses are untrained and have poor communication skills and doctors are usually in a rush to see their patients and send them home. I recommend to go another emergency department other than the one in Campbellton that is clean and where the doctors don’t misdiagnose and where nurses are more professional. Poor Rating 0/5.
