Care workers ask for clients to be medicated, very little attempt to train care workers to provide personalized care. Care givers are task oriented, the clients are left lonely in their chair in their rooms. No activities during covid everythng is a covid excuse

It is disgraceful that Veterans don’t get the care they deserve. This care home isn’t any better than many other senior care homes!!! It is disgraceful and downright scary that there are not enough workers, and caring workers, in care homes to meet the needs and care the elderly require and deserve!!! We should be petitioning the government for much better care of seniors in care homes!!! Many of us will be in one of them one day!! How scary it is!!!

The last review is absolutely true. There are some very caring staff with good work ethics. And then there are others who don’t understand seniors and have no patience with them and don’t care, and definitely shouldn’t be working with seniors. There is a lack of staff around many times; or nobody around, or too busy with someone else, when help is really needed quickly for someone else too! Both these things destroy this Veterans Home. Our family member did not get a good doctor in there either. We are very sorry we put our family member in there. It is disgraceful that the Veterans, or anyone, are treated this way.

There are some very caring staff with very good work ethics there. However, it is unfortunate that they also have some uncaring ones who are just there to get their paycheque, and do not really care about the seniors care very much. They really destroy this Veterans Home. And it disgraceful that our Veterans are not treated better. They should be treated very well all of the time!!

Quality of Staffing needs improvement. Better command of English to communicate with residents. Operate with too many casuals and often unfamiliar staff.
