Cedar Park Regional Medical Center billed me incorrectly and refused to rebuild correctly to include my second insurance carrier. Me and my insurance company attempted working it out with them many times, but their billing department was unwilling to work with us. Then they sued me for the less than $2000 owed. It has been a nightmare of years dealing with them. I would recommend driving to the next hospital if you want to avoid a financial headache.

Call me to explain or send me paperwork to fill out . When in ER it was terrible. I now have a wound that I received while there. The DR I had upstairs was very good. The heart DR was also good .

The Physical Therapist that treated me was
top notch. I feel better already. No need go to any further treatment- however since the treatment
directions from From Dr Chin a dictate a longer period I will adhere to that.

The staff was amazing, considering long hours and lack of staff members. They were on top of their duties, and made the patients more at home and at ease and with humor.

From the moment I arrived for my scheduled surgery, everyone was friendly and responsive to my needs. Someone was always near to help or only seconds away. The facilities are modern and clean. Staff was very professional and helpful. I always felt seen and heard. I wouldn’t hesitate to have any needed procedure performed at Cedar Park Regional Medical Center. Recommend.
