We had my mother in for respite care and I will never use this service again. The facility is a complete dump. I can not stress how poor of a facility this is. My mother said the food was terrible and she was just left to sit in her room all day. They only allow one shower per week and the facility is dirty.

We put my father in Cedarview when my mother passed and it was the worst mistake ever. The facility lacked care and stimulation and was very old. We ended up taking him out as he was quickly deteriorating due to the poor facility and care.

We had our mother in Cedarview for a month and ended up taking her out. The rooms were terrible, the food was tasteless gruel and a lot of the staff had difficulty speaking English. I regret trying Cedarview and wouldn’t wish this place on anyone that loves their parent.

This home is extremely dated and probably one of the least expensive places around. That being said you get what you pay for. I visited and would NEVER put my aging father in this place. The staff are more interested in speaking with each other than caring for the people paying to live there.

The majority of the nursing staff are very good and attentive, some nurses are not. The social worker is inferior at her job and I think overall the facility is outdated and lacks appropriate stimulation for patients in memory care.
