The worst hospital around, I've had several very bad experiences with the emergency department. Just recently my daughter in law went in because she was in labour, contractions five minutes apart, after two hours they sent her home with morphine and told to come back if anything changed! As soon as she got home her water broke and we almost had to deliver on the side of the road! Very incompetent staff!

Brought my 82yo mother inlaw in at Emergency last evening at 1030 with chest pain. They did a ecg to check her heart. All good. Then they had her wait in the waiting room on a chair for 7hours. I am in the parking lot as not allowed to enter because of covid restrictions. I see people enter and leave, not my mother inlaw. 1 ambulance all night. I call at 3am to check as i am getting worried and told they are super busy...4 cars are in the parking lot, plus mine. Busy? Doing what? I call at 5am, and ask again for news, did get to speak to a nice person and asked if they could at least provide a bed for her to lay down. Which they did. Mother in law says it was freezing, but was able to rest a bit. I call again at 7am...and told my mother inlaw had some tests done and they were waiting on results. No tests were done other than the ecg at 1030pm. The wonan i spoke with was very rude too. Meanwhile my mother in law opens the door from her room and sees the dr and asks if they had forgotten about her. She says he was very rude with her and replied "no, and i won't be seeing you for another 2 hours, she said nothing ...and he continued and said "and if you are not happy ...you can just go home" my mother in law is not a mean or insulting person...and at 82 years deserves a more compensionnate, empathtic response. I am waiting on the names of the drs from last evening and this morning to make an official complaint. Not everyone that goes to the emergency are their to waste anyone's time. People are not feeling well, are worried and anxious and get treated like this. 9hours total at energency. One ecg and no doctor was seen... other than the rude one to tell her to leave. Thank god we at least know it isn't her heart...

Brought my son for an xray he twisted his foot skying in gym yesterday and the dr said nothing is broke . I ask him for a paper for his work and for is gym to be put off until he can walk comfortably and he said he’s good to work and do gym . I left and i was thinking what was he thinking my son had a hard time to walk he carries a heavy book bag and laptop with him everyday to school and he’s good to work and do gym. He wasn’t very bright at all. Is that what he would do to his kid? Just because you don’t have a broken foot doesn’t mean that he has to walk on it and let it be sore and get worse that is exactly how i felt he meant it. What was the issue for taking a pen and paper and writing on it off for a week or two or until he feels better . Some people take advantage of these situations but were not one of them and its sad because i have no trust in that hospital anymore. Not all of the dr but some dont care about helping people they only care about the cash. I dont see the future guetting better if the hospital don’t step up and fix things like this . Who can you ask for help when your not satisfied?????? Very sad and disappointed after what happened yesterday!

Constantly turning injured and sick people away at the ER. Doctors and nurses are rude. I don’t know why this ER is open as it does not serve the public and people have lost trust in going here for aid. If you hate your job this much just leave. If you became a Doctor/nurse for the paycheck, it shows.
