The fact I have to give one star is comical. Thank you so much for when my fiancé was brought in by ambulance after overdosing and when she expressed she was going to go home and try again - you guys did absolutely nothing. Good job. She tried again since you have been useless when she came in for help 2 days later. Good going. Everyone in the ER is absolutely useless.

Horrible. No one there smart enough to answer any questions. Especially in the paediatric ward. As soon as they transfer a patient to another hospital they wash there hands of the patient.

I spent the last 7 days at the Lethbridge Chinook Regional Hospital having had a second Heart Attack. Now I can't , and won't speak for those that have been a patient there but for me, I was treated with the BEST of care. I was in room 331-B and would like to personally like to give a HUGE shout out to the Nurses who cared for me during that very difficult time. I was honoured to have, Hanna, Shannon, Randi, Naomie, Rodrigo, and Gemma close at hand while making my stay there the most comfortable and stress free I've ever been while in a hospital where I'm definitely out of my comfort zone. These Nurses to me are the true HEROES are their job as difficult as it is held their decorum and always put their best foot forward all to make me feel like family. I'd like to thank Rodrigo for taking the time to sit and listen to my ramblings about wanting to go home but calmed the waters with a soft voice and relaxed demeanour. Thank you Hanna, Shannon, and Naomi for the laughs we shared and to all of you for making my family feel at home. A very special Thank You to Heather at Calgary hospital where the operation took place, she was so organized and professional all while making me comfortable waiting for my procedure. It's a stressful time for all who end up in hospital but thank God we have some of the BEST Nurses in the medical profession. May God Bless all of you that stood at my bed side for 7 days.ð To the EMS men and women that transported me, God Bless you and a HUGE âThank You for Your Serviceâ. ð

Wife was in prenatal clinic. Was supposed to see same dr. But for some reason a Dr Goo.?. Was the dr seeing her. The dr was very aggressive and rude, did not listen to my wifes concerns. Went as fas as saying she is the professional she knlws best. Had a attitude the whole time, and was down right rude. Didnt care my wife who is 37 weeks pregnant was having contractions. She could have cared less even told her she has other appts to attend to and did not have timw for her. Its a good thing thr wife caught it all on her cell phone parts by video and the while conversation. We will be making a complaint the ombudsman and as well as the college of physicians. Dr Goo is not a good Dr. Clearly she does not like her job. And is not very good at it.

Horrible hospital!!!! They treated my dad horrible in his last days. Didn’t bring him his food, let the machines beep and gave him minimal oxygen which sent him on a ventilator in ICU to later die of renal sepsis as they were just focused on him potentially having COVID⦠they neglected him and the nurses were very rude and would yell at him outside of the door cause they were to inconvenienced to put on their PPE. Also left his food outside where my mom had to bring it in when she got there. Please save yourself and don’t go to this hospital.. they do not care! Even my dads doctor was blind sited on my dads passing. No one SHOULD ever see their loved one like this EVER! Especially in the most vulnerable.

I have to say how appreciative myself and family are with the psychiatric nurse (Caity) and doctors we dealt with at Chinook regional. The compassion and knowledge that was given to us was amazing. Thank you for all the hard work and extra hours you put in to help your patients, especially the one in our family who needed the help of professionals.

Came into the hospital in an ambulance for mental health reasons, the nurse told me to shut up and she had actual sick people to deal with, you’re 18 so start acting like it. Along with some other rude remarks and actions like rolling her eyes and sighing very dramatically. Surely being a nurse she should know mental health is a real thing but apparently not. Later on I asked for an apology at the very least and they did not get back to me at all. I have had many bad experiences with this hospital but this was the worst. I would just like an apology.
