Not a fan of the super long wait times and some of the nurses/receptionists are just unfriendly! You try calling ans can’t even get through half of the time

Mon commentaire s’adresse àla réception. Mon époux a eu un incident : coupé avec du métal. J’appelle donc la cliniqe aussitôt, pour savoir quand il a reçu sa dernière injection pour le tetanos. Il est 19:45, la clinique ferme à20:00. Le message me dit qu’il y a une attente de 1 minute.: fantastique. J’attend 15 minutes , avec un fond de musique Heavy metal, vraiment pas approprié…avant d’être déconnecté. conclusion j’ai perdu 15 minutes au téléphone avec un fond de musique agressant et je n’ai aucune réponse! Vraiment moche, vraiment déçue…

Dr Deaton is often not there ,long waits to get an appointment. Test results not sent in due diligences.

I like the clinic and find they are very good and friendly. I do find getting an appointment can take awhile, however, I am grateful for the services I get. I know the medical system has its challenges.

I am always in and out quickly and with an infant that is always nice. However, I was given horrible attitude when I tried to book an appointment which led me to refuse to go back until I had my son and didn’t want to travel out of town. I believe the pleasantries received depends on how the nurses day is going, sometimes it’s great, others they could care less you are there.
