I have lived here all my life.Born in hospital on point in 1966.I have never in a million years seen such a poopy job on how hospital is run. It's full of indigenous people with drug problems etc.For a white person to get care there is a joke.Seniors coming in with real issues from working getting old and pay taxes their whole life can't get any care. But if your an indian don't pay taxes at all .Maybe call an ambulance cause you want a ride to town. What is wrong with this picture.I hear seniors leaving coldlake just because of crap like this.I am so ashamed about this place. My father in law is in there now as i speak.Doctors can't even make a call on an x-ray and be rite.Seniors can't even get a bed or room there if white.Meth heads, drunks etc in there. When i was young they didn't need rent a cops to watch hospital.I so hate this place i have lived all my life.

The amount of horror stories that come out of this place is pretty rank… A lot of non compassionate medical “professionals” who lack empathy or lack proving knowledge or insight on your condition. Wait times are horrible too

They proceed to operate on me against my wishes of being but under while being awake . The surgeon Dr S. Parameswaran started the incision before my arm was numb. He even was making jokes about me before the surgery to his staff about having a “big surgery” to do. DONT LET THIS MAN TOUCH YOU! The administration is just as unprofessional as their medical team was. Please do your self a favour and go to bonnyville or even edmonton.

Hit or miss when it comes to this hospital. Terrible experience when I took my child in, having a severe allergic reaction. Dr on call was completely useless. Could hear nurses gossiping with (& without) the dr on call. INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Will drive to bonnyville or ANY other hospital before I go back to this joke of a hospital.
