I was referred to CCAC after a bout with Guilliam Barre Syndrome....the "therapist" they sent out was useless and besides what good is therapy 1x week for 5 to 10 minutes??? I was learning how to walk and at no time did the idiot encourage me to do so. Then when I told him that I was seeking another form of therapy he degraded the type of therapy and the Dr who did it. So not professional! I told the specialist about it and he said 'No wonder our patients are having relapses if the treatment is not the same as in hospital'.The second time I got this I absolutely refused treatment out of hospital as this therapist was a complete and utter idiot. I left a message with the service and he gave me heck as he only answers or listens to the calls on his own phone. I tell people to stay away from this service.
