Took my elderly mother there because she can't swallow food. She is thin and weak. Terrible experience with Dr.Bourcier who treated my mother like as if she was faking her illness Rude and mean to my mother and was rough handed as well. Dr. Bourcier couldn't wait to throw her out and couldn't be bothered. I left for for about half an hour to get food and a coffee as I work 12 hour night shift and didn't eat all day. That obnoxious Bourcier kept yelling at my mother, where's your daughter, you need to get out now! I don't recommend taking elderly people there as she basically wants them to go home and die! My mother is getting weaker and is now terrified to ever go back to the hospital out of fear that Dr. Bourcier will be there. This doctor should be fired! No compassion for the elderly.

The staff at this hospital are extremely knowledgeable. They deal with crisis extremely well. I absolutely appreciate the work being done here.

Avoid this place at all costs. I legitimately have PTSD from this hospital.

Not well managed and left around 2 or 3 pm my wife was dietabitis and nobody offer her nothing .She could not walked around 20 to 30 people left. Why build the hospital bigger when you cannot have doctos in the Emergency? A guy was there at 5.30 pm Friday and got out 1 pm Saturday poor management This hospital was never like this before

Never come to this hospital. Had to wait 8hrs and then they said another 6 just to see a nurse not a doctor. Better off to drive to Hawksbury. Much better care. Staff at Cornwall are not the best at all. The hospital is also filthy

i want to thank the the emergency nursing staff on April 23 2023. I give you a thumbs up but as for the emergency doctor i think you should go back to medical school. I know there was something wrong with me. After I fell and hit my head and took seizures on the sidewalk. He released me what if i would have taken another seizure and died. So what kind of doctor releases a patient living alone with a concussion. As far as im concerned he should not be practicing medecine. The Government should screen their doctors better. he never even came to check on me. So the emergency doctor did not do his job. They never checked my pupils. Just released me so i give him a bad review and thumbs down.

Had to go in after damaging my left leg in a “slow-mo” run. I could not even walk properly. I received excellent care, advice and instructions. Thank you again Dr. Belanger and staff.

I have been a patient and received many tests at this hospital. I received excellent care by all the medical and support staff at this very important community facility. Very professional staff. Great news the regarding the food menu. Keep up the great work!

What a joke! the triage lady does not go in order of the numbers. Let someone with a broken finger go ahead of people with serious issue. I’m not sure if she is a doctor but after listening to my lungs for 2 minutes she argued with my early copd diagnosis but didn’t even know how to spell my genetic disorder.really interesting to see how different she treats the male patients from the female patients.its really great to go to a hospital for medical treatment and be treated like ypu don’t matter at all. Went home.without even seeing a doctor and made to feel like a worthless piece of cra after listening to her talk crap about me and roll her eyes at me. I hope she is treated the same way.
