All around amazing staff from the doctors, nurses and surgeons to everyone I came in contact with on my surgery day. It was my first major surgery and I was very nervous. Everyone made me feel welcomed and comfortable.

Our experience at Crestwood by the physicians was very professional, & dedicated to getting to the problem that ought him to the hospital. All personell did their job with a spirit of really enjoying what ever their task was.

I was in hosp 4 days. No results given on any test. No water or pitcher. Bring meds and hand them to you and look around to see if I had anything to drink. Yes. This hot open Pepsi from yesterday. Iv machine go off twice for 1 hrs before they even bothered to come in. Food not edible. Gross. Never got what I checked. Did not care if you were clean. Ask 2 and 3 x's before bring me 2 washcloths,towel. 2 hours late on iv antibiotics that ARE TO BE AT SAME TIME EVERY TIME WHEN GIVEN. There was one male nurse I had at night. He was fine. Then his off days came. Was in e.r. longer as bp running exceptionally low,so much worried about it. Said I would hooked up and bp checked often. The minute moved to room not hooked up so bp checked frequently. Only hooked up to antibiotics and fluids. Upstairs could care less about bp really low. I still cannot get over them bringing and/or leaving anything you drink,especially when handing out meds. Having to ask for a clean gown top. I wore knit shorts of my own with it. With iv in I'm having to try and straighten my own covers. Pulled once. Had to redo. 2nd one leaking right after. Had to do a 3rd. Unhooked from antibiotic iv and they pulled loose,seeping blood out. Had to have a 4th iv inserted. All in same hand/arm because cellulitis/staph in other arm/elbow. This is by far the worst hospital stay/treatment I have ever had. NEVER again Crestwood. I wanted to leave a.m.a. just to get out as I only ever received piss poor treatment. My friend told me insurance would cover nothing. I had to stay and endure.

I must admit and say that this was the most professional and efficient establishment I have been to in a long time from beginning to end all staff was courteous informative and ready to assist in any way possible would definitely recommend your services to all people interested.
