Have been a patient here for years. They give top service and always are willing to go above and beyond to get to the source of the problem. They have also replaced a lot of front end staff I think as a result of patient complaints about the initial receptionists.

I absolutely love this clinic. I've been going here for 12+ years and have moved to Airdrie but still continue to go to this clinic as it is second to none. Doctor Croteau is kind and will listen to all your concerns. She is absolutely great with my 6 month old!! I can always get a quick appointment when needed.

This is not a hospital, it is a regular clinic and not a very good one at that. They have "teams" that are like a practice within a practice and it's a crap shoot if you'll get a decent doctor or staff member. And you may get seen by a doctor in training with only a 30 second check in by your actual doctor. They get paid a flat rate per yearby AHS for every patient, even if you don't see them at all ! This clinic is just ripping off the health care system and making their doctors rich. Don't support these money grubbers.

Always had to ask 6 times before any action was taken. No proactivity from drs . Never got to see my dr as she was literally always booked and then saw students? Who misdiagnosed on at least 2 occasions.

So Happy to have found this amazing practice for myself and my family. They go above and beyond service and take each concern seriously. Dr. Brook Miller is amazing and kind and she listens to her patients. I sometimes find the front reception area a little less friendly, but the doctors and nurses there are amazing and if they cover each other’s patients you still get top notch care. Thank you!

They work hard to have same day appointments available for their patients! I don’t know why others on here spoke of specific people, but I find everyone here pleasant and professional and good to work with, Bonnie especially.

I love crowfoot village family practice. The only person of disappointment unfortunately is the receptionist Bonnie. She is rather rude and curte. Only people I dislike dealing with. The last 8 weeks have been extremely trying emotionally and physically for me and everyone is go great. CVFP you need to replace her or have her work in a filing room away from your patients. Please read the other comments here, I am not the only one who gives her such a negative review
