Location and staff are very disorganized and have no sense of how long they leave patients waiting. Been there twice in two days for stomach pain because I could get looked at the first day. Spent almost 15 hours in two days just waiting.

Paper instructions tell you to accompany patient to appointment and remain in hospital. Once there you are first told to remove your mask and put a new one on! (What is the reasoning for this)? You are already protected and asked to expose yourself to possible airborne pathogens! You reach the destination and are instructed to leave and wait in a mezzanine where at the time 6 people are waiting and only two of us are wearing a mask! One person is sleeping and snoring! Two of the people are high ranking hospital staffers! Really!

Misdiagnosed by ER doctor and a test ordered by a GP was accessed by this ER doctor and images replaced..Otherwise know as damage concealment. I was already on to the scam and why I had another test out of province. Be cautious in trusting radiology reports are accurate or truthful.

I went to the hospital for a CT Colon scan last week at 9:30am, took time off work, arranged to have someone take time out of their day to drive me and hadn't eaten in over 36 hours due to prep for procedure. At 9:40am I was called and asked to sit outside the room the scanning would take place. ....alone and away from my support person. And there I sat...... waiting. I could hear talking and laughter coming out of the procedure room.... I saw nurses going in and out and I finally stopped one and asked if they were actually performing a CT scan in there and I was advised yes. I thought it was strange that folks were just walking in/out while someone was being scanned but what do I know. I continued to sit and wait. At 10:15 a nurse came out of the room and said they were almost ready for me. They ?? At this point I was getting upset because it was a big deal for me to take the time off as our senior management team had flown in that morning .....and there seemed to be ZERO regard for my time. At 1030am I went to the front reception to advise that I still hadn't been seen and that it sounded as if they were having a coffee break in the room..... while I was sitting alone, starving, nervous about the procedure and super stressed because I was missing work and stressed because my drive was also missing work .... but I was assured they were doing a procedure. Turns out that was the second boldface lie I was told. At 10:40am when I was finally called in, I laid down for the procedure realizing that everyone that had been in the room was still there behind a curtain. This wasn't discussed with me. Turns out, all the while I was sitting outside the room, actually in tears just before they took me in..... they were having a TRAINING SESSION ?!?!?!?!? Absolute proof that there was ZERO regard for our time. Why would a training session be scheduled at the same time you had a patient booked in for a procedure ? And if the original training session went long... stop and reconvene after you have seen your patient ......that you know is sitting outside the room, starving, thirsty and nervous. The nurse/tech who performed the scan was kind, patient and caring and did apologize at the end of the scan but too little too late. I understand you are overworked and short staffed but so am I to be honest…. but if you came into my place of business I would NEVER treat you like that.

The ER is filthy. The dirt in the corners that spreads out to about 6 inches. When you shut the bathroom door it's a horror story. The ceiling...the chairs. It's awful. I asked the Dr. for his name three times and he seemed to think I was asking for his first name (he never introduced himself) and got upset. I'm not in there because I have nothing to do, or by choice, and I don't have time to deal with fragile egos.

An extremely horrible place to go . The same nurse on two separate occasions purposely jabbed my left arm in several spots to withdraw blood . She marked & bruised my arm which lasted for several days . The same three individuals witnessed the jabbing each time .
