I was released from this hospital without the regular medications that I take to prevent seizures. They were with me at the hospital when I was admitted. When I called the hospital to explain, in the hope that I would go back and pick up my medications, I was transferred to the voicemail for a unit manager named Cecilia. My calls have never been returned.

I work in the healthcare field interprovincially and experienced a true medical emergency while visiting Dawson Creek. My experience with the ER staff was poor: I felt judged with an underlying attitude of superiority from the doctor and nurses (who seemed to band together like a herd of mean sheep.) I am of Spanish decent but many people mistake me for First Nation. With the exception of the lab tech, everyone else I encountered that day treated me like a drug seeking Indian. We are trained to a professional standard ecompassing the art of ethical practice, I feel the clinicians working that day need to take their prejudice goggles off and refresh themselves in proper patient management from an objective standpoint. Yes I was experiencing debilitating pain, but had it been further investigated they would've discovered an underlying cause and a clinical diagnosis that much earlier. 0 out of 5 stars without a doubt.

The administration is allowing the substandard quality of care delivered by one ER doctor. This is a total lack of job performance by administration and NH. I have lived in south peace since 1961 and have always been treated with respect and quality care at the hospital.

Came in to the hospital fainting was told to go home found out my heomglobes were supposed to b in the100s mine were at 40. Disgusting behaviour.

Has a quater of the waiting times than surrounding hospitals . People who complain, I challenge you to go to the surrounding hospitals(6+hours wait) . Put your money where your mouth(keyboard) is .

when you need medical help, a person should not feel as if you are putting Professionals out.
