I am currently undergoing a nightmare orthodontic treatment. Although I have been a patient at Dawson long before Dawson bought my dentist out – this last experience has been very telling about how Dawson runs the company. In one year – I have had 2 orthodontists leave. My treatment is delayed again as they wait to hire a new one. They expect clients to pay on time and indicate in the contract that missed appointments will cause delays with regard to progress yet deny that if the orthodontist cancels – the treatment will not be delayed. I have received so many contradictory statements from the orthodontists and manager of this office – I have entirely lost faith. Please do NOT use this company for orthodontic work if you expect continuity of service.

Paid a small fortune to have my teeth crowned and a few implants with suggestion from dentist. Multiple teeth ended up needing root canal treatment afterwards. Tons of problems with temporary crowns resulting in 20 visit ls over 5 months. I can never get a call back and they seem annoyed when I call. Been calling for 8 weeks for paperwork for my taxes. Overall I’m sad and wished I had gone somewhere else

I went there to fix my tooth was charged 450 and the tooth still broken.There is no care or professionalism in this place just money hunger and very poor service in return including customer service. I will never go Dawson dental again 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I have had no success at having anyone return my calls. My file was lost and I am unable to make an appointment. Going somewhere else.
