Do not go here, they do not know what they’re doing and most likely you will be misdiagnosed. Have been here 2 times and the first time they took a swab of my throat and gave me antibiotics and told me I was having a panic attack.. turned out to be a perforated ear drum. Next time I went, because I was not getting better they said they couldn’t find that the swab was done, didn’t even do a repeat swab when I asked and gave me dexamethasone for oral thrush WHICH IS A HUGE NO (I didn’t know this at first) now I’m suffering even more. This was on the weekend as well and I was the only one there and it seemed like they just wanted to get me in and out as fast as possible. If I could give a 0 rating I would

Have been here twice with minor issues, both times in and out quick with the best care you could ask for!

DO NOT GO HERE! They don’t care about the well-being of patients at all and told a woman with severe pain in need of treatment that she would not be able to stay at the hospital even to WAIT FOR A DRIVE HOME. The wait may be longer in Pembroke but they at least pretend to care about their patients.

Extremely unorganized and slow. Staff is friendly but not taking care of there patients. Waited 5 hours with only two others before me so someone can give me a prescription for my 10 year old daughter. This will be my last visit at this facility. Get your stuff together
