Terrible on the 5th flor alone 28 pages of changes and still half not done after 5 years. The Federal Veteran’s affairs Union stepped in 2 years ago . They are NOT patient friendly, a friend was taken In 4 mo ago, was able to get around with a walker 3 weeks later sent to another place and not able to get around at all. As if 2 years ago had no place for Quarantine patients And had 2 break outs of Scabbies. Check Free Press for stories.

The CMO has a very bad temper, that he cant seems to control. the hospital needs to be re-vamped some things changed this year on the 6 th floor but not the rest. The patientss bells are ignored on the whole, sometimes 15-30 min, hardly any empathy, has to be watched by family members or mistakes are made, the patients that have no-one are I. Dire straits, sometimes ( a lot ) patients are left in diapers till the stuff dries, not washed and cleaned till around noon, hospital could be cleaner, This is WITHOUT PREJUDICE but my Findings after my husband was there 4 years.
