    After seeing several other doctors who refused to accept that I did not want children and sent me away with only information on birth control options Dr delecruze actually took the time to discuss my motives and gave me all options before tubal ligation. Then come and seen me in the hospital before the procedure herself to make sure nothing had changed. Great bedside and truly cares about her patients.

    I had Dr. Delacruz for two pregnancies, I lost the first baby at 22 weeks ( she did everything she could, many issues with the pregnancy) and she was so compassionate and gentle. She was adamant that I call her as soon as I had a positive pregnancy test and she handled me with kidd gloves. I am not one to follow a doctor strictly on blind faith but my confidence in her was solid. We had a healthy baby, a VBAC, and while she wasn’t the attending, I could not have been happier with my care ( except the wait times, but I can’t begrudge them that). Her office staff is AMAZING.

    Dr. Delacruz performed my second c-section. She was a pleasure to have as an attending physician and I would recommend her to anyone. She possessed a wonderful bedside manner and was attentive with my after cares. Thank you Dr. Delacruz for bringing my daughter safely into this world, all the best Lindsey MacPhatter

    Dr. Delacruz is amazing. She delivered my son in Penticton BC 24 years ago. I had a wonderful experience with her and will always remember her kindness. I can't rate her current location, but my experience was top notch.

    While Dr Delacruz is a great doctor she tends to project her feelings on to you. I was in to get a tubal ligation(my family doctor had approved this after many many discussions) she refused to do it and instead I was given on the option of an IUD or nothing. I took the IUD and hated every minute of it I gained tons of weight and developed symptoms of MS so I came in to get it removed and I was again denied getting a tubal ligation. She told me that when she was my age she didn't want children but a year later had her first. I am my own person and this is something my family doctor and I had discussed in length for over a year. Now I have to go to Edmonton in order to get my tubal ligation done. This is absolutely not acceptable. There are other possibilities other than birthing your own child and for me that is more feasible than having my own. I should not be forced to be on birth control to prevent a pregnancy I will never want when I could simply have a tubal ligation.

    Dr. Delacruz and her receptionist Jo are unbelievable. The quality of care from these two is like none other. I had a 38 week stillbirth and got pregnant again after and without dr Delacruz I honestly don't think I could have made it threw the pregnancy with all my nerves! She was so patient and so kind. She made a point to be at the hospital for both the stillbirth even though she couldn't make the delivery she came for support and the live birth she delivered a beautiful healthy baby boy even though she wasn't on call she made sure she was the one to be there and deliver him. To say she was amazing is an understatement. She is a super human, she deserves more than 5 stars.

    Amazing doctor , delivered my daughter and couldn't be happier . So gentle and friendly . She is extremely knowledgeable . Made my pregnancy and delivery so much easier !!
