J'ai souvent èté à cette hôpital et j'ai toujours eu du bon service. C'est sur depuis la covid il y a un manque de staff partout. Je pense que le gouvernement devrait commencer à s'ouvrir les yeux pour essayer d'améliorer le système de santé. Le staff font leur possible avec ce qu'il ont. Les mèdecins qui travaillent là sont très bien!

The doctors are great at this hospital, they listen and get the tests/x-rays you need. They are also a university hospital, which I love.

I was booked for spine surgery Nov 21, 2022. Arrived at the hospital ,signed consent, hospital bracelet on, and in waiting area for OR. After about an hour and a half my husband asked a nurse why it was taking so long. She said the surgeon will talk with you. On speaking with him he said the surgery had been canceled and I should have been notified. But I wasn't. He said he needs an extra surgeon as my surgery is risky and dangerous. NO ONE CALLED ME TO CANCEL. I left in tears as I've suffered for 25 years in debilitating pain with no quality of life. He said he will call me. I came home and made several calls. No one would take responsibility for the mistake. Each one blamed another. I am a former nurse. I have never seen such a mess of disorder and unprofessionalism in my life. Extremely disappointed with George Dumont and the manner in which I was treated.

Came in through an ambulance for a closing throat, after taking my vitals my blood pressure was points away from a heart attack, but was never given anything to calm down or any oxygen to help me breath the paramedics were playing music on the way there not asking me questions or giving me service, I was left by myself upon arrival, got sent to triage, waited hours to be tested for heart problems when the problem was not being able to breath or swallow, no exams were done on my throat and no medication given for the pain , even after asking multiple times. The staff lacked compassion, and respect, the only person who seemed to be concerned and understanding was the lady at the front of triage who couldn't help but was still the only kind staff member there was.

Had no regular doctor since 2016; was in Dumont many times! Out of approximately over 20 doctors, including an excellent surgeon, when I broke my hip. The E..R Chief is so good, he discovered a heart attack after doubly scrutinizing my case. All are most professional, except one! She was not only negligent, but not ethically fit! âDo no harmâ is lacking in her cognition! Other than that; excellent... 1 out of 20;95% , over 6 years and ambulance service-awesome, so I think warrants 5 stars!

I would like to thank all the staff at the Georges Dumont Hospital. I had a surgery on February 23rd and it was my first one and they were so helpful. They were there when i needed something. You are all so great. Keep up the great work. You are heros to all of us. â¤ï¸â¤ï¸

I went to the emergency because i had an accident (broken arm) waited from 4pm until 10:30pm i didnt see any doctors terrible experience for a emergency hospital

I was a patient there for 4 days. I am not blaming the staff.. I blame the Government. The hospital is under staffed ,over worked and tired !

Came in by ambulance in excruciating pain and was left in the waiting room for 10 hours! Unreal!
