Regarding issues with Dr. Jeffery DeClaire on the date of: 13 APR 2017.
I wanted to let you know that under the term ” Client Discovery” I have filed with the Macomb County Courts a complaint against this said doctor; D.B.A: Dr. Jeffery DeClaire.
I would like you to know that Myself and my spouse Patricia is extremely upset in the way Crittenton Doctors’ operate in this arena called; helping patients in their medical needs – be either surgery, or patients medical assistance in any means required.
SUMMARY Of Crittenton and this Doctor DeClaire .
Waiting for over Six and half hours in Pre-Op for surgery on my right knee is totally uncalled for and just shows that your Hospital is totally out of control.
This doctor informed me to send my spouse home and this doctor would do my elective surgery and stay over night is against any Hospitals policy in the United States and Canada.
This Doctor yelling at me on the telephone at around 10 PM on the date: 13 APR 2017 is not becoming of a Doctor here at Ascension Hospitals, however, it seems to be the norm at Crittenton Hospital and their Doctors.
I had to go to Ascension Macomb Hospital to stop the bleeding of a device that was removed abruptly by one of your staff in the Pre-Op area. Please note that is was not a Emergency issue and Medicare will not cover this procedure and/or there charges.
Why was one of the staff from Dr. Jeffery DeClaire in our meeting (I guess to Spy on us)?
Nice touch! Just shows that your hospital is not Ascension material to be apart of these fine Hospitals in the Mid-western United States. Also, furthermore this “does not imply” blocking us from your Hospital. —————-Sincerely
