I waited 3 hours to see a doctor and he didn't know I was even there. The nurses here are so busy playing solitaire they forget about their job. Also the exam room I was in was gross.

Each time I've gone down to emergency in the last year with serious illness, a systemic infection I've been turned away for no reason. Some of the doctors on call are very unethical and rude, in the future if there's an emergency I will drive to Calgary to see a doctor.

As soon as you enter this building you will see the blinding light at the end of the tunnel. Every doctor there is terrible and can barely speak English. There are these two girls that are always on the front desk. I wish I can recall their names, but believe me I wish I did. One of them seems to be around 50-60 years old who absolutely hates her life. Not helpful at all and will hang up on you if she doesn't get what she wants. She'll correct you and make you say "please" and "thank you" even if you're in a lot of pain and can barely speak. The bathrooms... every time I go in there, there's always blood and/or vomit on the toilets and sinks. Never any soap when I'm there. Please save yourself and your children, go to another clinic.
