I was admitted as a day patient on 10 September for a coloscopy. It was my first experience of this procedure. The nursing staff at the ward were absolutely first class and guided me with good humor and care. When I was showing signs of anxiety because of the insertion of the oxygen tubes, the nurse next to me just removed it temporarily and said she'll reinsert once I'm sedated. And so, it came to be and and I was out and back on my feet in no time. Thank you Eagle Ridge staff and doctors, you are a great bunch.

This is not an emergency room this is a waiting room. Unless you love waiting 7 hours to see someone you’re better off dying or going else where. Screw this retard of a place

My experience here was terrible! Their pay parking is out dated and I had no cash! The woman in reception told me they had no bank machine and humiliated me by sending me to several different departments! Then, when I finally got checked in for my biopsy I was told my appointment was one hour after the time the doctors office gave me! The doctor also yelled at me! Very rude and unprofessional place all around!

My experience went downhill when I went for my CT scan. I suffered an injury and needed lots of help getting up and moving around. The lady didn’t offer any help. She watched me squirm and suffer for a few minutes and said âlike what, did you just have surgery or something? Just roll over and push yourself upâ I can’t believe how rude and unprofessional she was. It was the tall woman (brunette I think.)
Unbelievable.
