This is not an emergency room this is a waiting room. Unless you love waiting 7 hours to see someone you’re better off dying or going else where. Screw this retard of a place

My experience here was terrible! Their pay parking is out dated and I had no cash! The woman in reception told me they had no bank machine and humiliated me by sending me to several different departments! Then, when I finally got checked in for my biopsy I was told my appointment was one hour after the time the doctors office gave me! The doctor also yelled at me! Very rude and unprofessional place all around!

My experience went downhill when I went for my CT scan. I suffered an injury and needed lots of help getting up and moving around. The lady didn’t offer any help. She watched me squirm and suffer for a few minutes and said “like what, did you just have surgery or something? Just roll over and push yourself up” I can’t believe how rude and unprofessional she was. It was the tall woman (brunette I think.)
    Unbelievable.

I was admitted as a day patient on 10 September for a coloscopy. It was my first experience of this procedure. The nursing staff at the ward were absolutely first class and guided me with good humor and care. When I was showing signs of anxiety because of the insertion of the oxygen tubes, the nurse next to me just removed it temporarily and said she'll reinsert once I'm sedated. And so, it came to be and and I was out and back on my feet in no time. Thank you Eagle Ridge staff and doctors, you are a great bunch.

my 88 year old mother had to be admitted a couple of weeks ago, she is housebound and so she had really bad hemorrhoids but she also had a very bad rash on her back ,private parts and under her breasts. i visited her there everyday she was in for 5 days. i am very annoyed at eagle ridge hospital they sent her home and they had given her creams but they are not working, they basically let an old lady out of hospital when they should have kept her and cleared the problem up , they don't really tell you what's wrong, the doctor takes hours to see her, she said they treated her like a child and did not listen to her, the attendants stand outside her door talking loud for long periods. so now her rash is so much worse. shame on you eagle ridge for giving my beloved mother such rotten treatment.!!!

I was recently hospitalilized at the Eagle Ridge Hospital for eighteen days, in the emergency room for two days and in the MCU (Medical Care Unit) for sixteen days, where throughout my stay, the medical staff treated me with great dedication and professionalism, so I sincerely I thank them. I came in for a double hernia repair on the morning of June 16th 2023. I got admitted and was going threw the nurse check in stage vitals IV installed and questions. Well that morning at 6:00 am I took my blood pressure pills with a sip of coconut milk. My nurse Heather had to check with my anesthesiologist. He said I had to wait 8 hours before my surgery cause I had a drink of coconut milk, cause I might vomit while I am out. I got to spend the time with Heather , heated sheets and sheet served me lunch, beer and hotdog flavoured IV. Operation went well! Staff are out standing. Dr Sue Sidhu, Matthew anesthesiologist, Julie nurse and my fav, Heather.
