Somewhat decent care lack of concern for patients and the case manager is terrible in fact they should eliminate this department and put the money towards better care

It was a horrible experience! The hospital room was dirty short staffed staff complaints of being so tired and it was only the start of their shift. Feel I was punished for questioning the Dr. Who only saw me 10 min on his rounds and took 2 calls each time during that. If the stay doesn’t kill me soon I will never go there again !

The doctors were nice and friendly. It was fast and easy to get done. Haven’t any complaints.

The ER staff was all excellent! I was admitted from one of my ER visits and this was the first time I have ever been an inpatient at ENMMC. I was on Medical Floor. The first night, the nurse basically ignore me. Three different employees went to her and told her I needed her. I was ignored until another doctor came in and sent for her in the morning. Then my doctor came in and was rude to me. I told him I didn’t appreciate it. He became nice after that. The room I was in was filthy. When I did feel better enough to get a shower, I couldn’t bring myself to actually get in the filthy shower. The nurses I had the rest of my stay were incredible. As was the rest of the staff I dealt with from the floor, lab, the cafeteria, and xray. I hope I didn’t leave anyone out. The employees from housekeeping were very polite, they just need to do some very deep cleaning.
