The male triage nurse has an attitude problem that needs to be adjusted.

Staff are lazy , they rather sit at the nursing station and discuss their own lives. Extremely sad

Love this hospital, best staff! Despite being a small hospital and limited resources, they work hard as a team to ensure high quality patient care! And as a plus, they have superb food that they served us

Very rude staff. The cleaning ladies work hard. Majority of the nurses are disrespectful! You hear them talking badly about their patients. Always on their cell phones. However there are a few great nurses like Emily and Lu. Very kind ladies. Smart , hard working. Myself and so many other people I know travel 30-45mins to other hospitals instead of for better service . The clinic next door from here is excellent tho. Friendly staff who work at the front desk. A blonde young girl who always smiling . Clinic is good, hospital very disappointed.

This hospital is associated with a clinic on the same grounds. The receptionist never calls back. Leaving messages daily is of no avail. There are a couple of good doctors, Van Onselen and Lacasse, but with the conditions as they are it is impossible for them to function with no staff that is reliable. The wages of over $20.00 an hour is certainly not earned by these receptionists. We would be much better off driving to New Liskeard or Kirkland Lake, and close this faciity.
