The residents all seem very unhappy living here. After a short time working here I can see why. Most of the actual care is only being delivered if care staff feel like doing it. The management is extremely toxic and pits staff against eachother. This place seriously needs to be investigated.

I found ants in my loved ones tea cup after the tea was finished. The locked unit I’m pretty sure does not have air conditioning, we wwre told it doesn’t work well as a result it does get uncomfortably hot in there. I had to walk my loved one to emergency as they said the hospital shuttle could take a day or so to getvmy loved on. It turned oit my loved one was in desperate need of blood thinners. The lab comes once a week, if they cannot get blood for some reason fromnthe person it will be passed off to the next week. My loved one is on blood thinners and didn’t get INR checked or blood checked for weeks because they could not get a sample this persons life depends on these tests of the viscosity of the blood. I am so glad my loved one moved out of that place. Ot could not have happened soon enough.
Some of the staff did care, however I feel like alot of things are out of their hands.
