Horrible! Never, ever, waited 3 hours ONCE ADMITTED to have someone even look at my injury…. Stay far away from this hospital…….. why did they bother to open this one up? This hospital helps no one! Go to Edmonton or Sherwood park.

Horrible. They have no ultrasound techs after 4pm. Waited 8hrs before being discharged, it was like I was forgotten about by the nurses and drs.

The entire comment is in my opinion. For the amount of money spent for that hospital it’s a slap to the tax payers. The staff for the most part is brutal. There is some good nurses but there was one in the front triage that was such a you know what. Very snooty, some nerve to treat people who are obviously sick like that. Someone like that should be gone immediately. The wait times are unacceptable. They can make any excuse they want.all other hospitals in nearby places like sherwood park st albert and so on are so much better. Place is a joke

The nurses at this hospital are amazing. They take their time and really listen to your health concerns. They also go out of the way to advocate for their patients. Wish I could say the same thing about all the doctor's.

Wait time here always seems to be horrible. The nurse working told me I should be greatfull I was only waiting 4h to get a room, yesterday it was 10h. There was 3 others in the waiting room and 2 people who showed up and got in right away. If you can go anywhere else, please do. I didn't even wait to see the doctor after being placed in the room where they put prisoners...the door was kept barley open by a garbage can or I'd be locked in. Not to mention the nurses are not remotely qualified to deal with anyone with mental health issues like depression or autism and I witnessed them treating a clearly autistic man just horrible and told the person he was with, keeping him calm in a high stress situation, that they could not go with him into the hospital. That he was a big boy and they had faith.

When people are in pain and standing or sitting in a waiting room for 3 and 1/2 hours never got. For sure for real eye-opening experience call. There should be somewhere they can take a patient and put them in a quiet room until they can be seen. Migraine patients usually just need an injection and the way they can go but waiting for hours 3 in the waiting room and now we're to get the medicine is just too much. This has got to be the third time this has happened with me and I'm fed up next time I will go to Sherwood Park

Horrible wait times. I know people that have died here because they were not looked at in a timely fashion. Triage doesn't exist here. I personally went in with severe chest pain and you didn't get looked at for 3 hours this could've be the difference between life and death! Go to a different hospital if you can!
