I am SHOCKED!!!!!! Confidentiality breach massive. My adult daughter lives at a different residence/phone number. FHA called us[her parents] and told my husband[her dad] 'well just tell her she's tested positive UNBELIEVABLE....this is not not not okay. It violates every confidentiality doc the staff are made to sign for HA's. I don't get it...why did this happen???
