Exemplary care, and go the extra mile to make the patient comfortable. Excellent staff, from housekeeping to reception.

More Like the Smoky Lake Death Centre. Pointless trip for medical care, just keep going to the city if you have a problem. Rude, uninterested staff, rough treatment for everyone (remember, we come because we’re sick). I got admitted by ambulance and they didn’t bother to wake the Dr to see me. The next time I went for emerg care the Dr refused to listen to me and just kept repeating the same thing over and over. Meanwhile I listened to staff roughly treating heart attack patients in other cubicles. Shouting orders, being unprofessional and brusque- can you imagine if you died there and that was your last experience with horrible people on earth? Because they are horrible people. Don’t go. You’ll regret it. For awhile they had city doctors on the weekends, they were acceptable, but now, the local doctors are their usual rural horrors.
