My experience as an inpatient was very good. It's the outpatient follow up care that I have a problem.n. my follow-up care provider who is a PA is paternalistic treats me as if I have no brain, talks down to men. Makes decisions concerning my mess with out telling me. I am an RN, retired, and this provider knows that and continues to do the down talking. A couple of examples 1 told me we wanted a professional. To take my bop when I gave him my list of vital signs and weights the first time I saw him 2 calling my Lasix, a diuretics my. water pill. He never listens to what i tell me and never responds to what i tell him. It is to the point of my deciding to change where I receive care

This facility uses a very high percentage of contracted employees. Contracted pathologist interpreted non-existent tests, in order to bill for non-rendered services. This also results in inaccurate info manually entered into patients EHR. Overall this facility is a very poor value.

ER takes forever to be seen. I only needed a rabies vaccine that my doctor called in. Took 5 hours to get in. The only place in town to get the shot. Ugh!!

My daughter went in with stroke symptoms and they classified her as a low priority so she waited so long in the ER and she wanted to just go home. What exactly is a priority in this ER? 9 people went in before her and apparently another three are going before she can get in. I can’t imagine all of them are having heart attacks and strokes. The charge nurse in the ER Jamie talked over me, constantly contradicted me and refused to give me her last name and refused to transfer me to a patient advocate. The staff is super rude. I’m assuming the patient care standards and quality expectations have plummeted in recent years, but there really needs to still be some patient centered care in the ER.

I was here for 5 hours following a bike accident. I received a CT scan and an x-ray. I had about 35 seconds of attention from the doctor and felt uncared for the entire time I was there. I was in the waiting room for 4 hours, and in the emergency room for 1 hour. The bill came out to $4,800. Wanted to warn people that maybe haven’t been to the ER before that these people do NOT care about you and would easily let you die on the waiting room seats, probably not noticing your body for a couple days. The only thing they managed to do promptly was get my bill to me.

Worst experience ever for my loved one. And family in the hospital.
