Visited for an ultra sound. Pleasant visit. Staff was kind and willing to help.

ER Wait time was no where close to an emergency. Even with no one in the waiting room, still took 45+ minutes to be seen. Services after were good and attentive. Previous ER visit at 330pm took 2 hours to be taken back…but blood was drawn and CT Scan was done from Waiting room. Waiting room was busy and people were waiting before us and were still waiting after we left after 7:30pm. Attention to ER admission procedures would improve operation.

Sat there for 3 hours with a fever of 105.3 and body was shaking and could hardly walk or speak and almost had a seizure and they didn’t even see me at all. All they did was a covid test and didn’t even have me in a room had me waiting in the waiting room and never even gave me the results. I ended up leaving and going back to covington where I live and went to the hospital there and was admitted in the hospital there because I was sick had a seizure after all and ended up with a severe upper respiratory infection. Usually this hospital is great but nope not this time and worst part wasn’t anyone in there and wasn’t even busy. Was nurses standing around eating junk food with the people at the check in windows. Sorry but learn to do your jobs correctly.

Dr Christi Hughart did a surgery revision to correct a problem from another doctor/facility. Very pleased with Dr Hughart and the work she preformed.
