Except some, this hospital has extremely long waiting time for appointments, is staffed with careless and and egotistical doctors, compassion-less staff and bad blood taking "nurses". Their ignorance prolonged my sufffering and caused my disability.

I was supposed to have knee surgery sometime last January 2015. They gave me papers for the pre op but forgot to give me a date. Needless to say I still haven't got a date and we are now almost April 2016

Dr Harrington does not seem to care about his patients,his clinic is in the same complex as the other 4 or 5 orthopedic surgeons.If you have a choice do not choose this doctor for any orthopedic issues.You will regret the experience.

Horrible! I went to the emergency and waited for solid 8 hours before someone could attend to me. There were literally no doctoRs. I was pregnant and liquid discharge and was worried sick and was awake through the night. I went back to India to have my baby due to this experience, I lost all trust in the medical facility here because of these people. I really hope and pray that people will not be put through the same situation as me.

My daughter was born there on April 19th 2015 and I had a great experience . The nurses were very nice and professional and catered to all my needs . I would recommend this place any day .

My family has been to this hospital many times throughout the years. My husband was admitted through the ER and his stay was 8 days. The nursing staff as well as all others were exceptionally terrific. My granddaughter was admitted for 10 days and was well treated . I had a recent stroke and went to the ER and was attended to almost immediately. All through my ER stay I was advised of all the procedures that would follow and all went smoothly. Can’t say enough about the treatments, doctors and staff. EXCELLENT !!!!!!!

Dr Mayraj Ahmad & Nurses at Cardiac Catheterization .Angioplasty (Apl 02 ..2015 patient bed 48 act.NS000171/15….Doctors & Staff very kindly .Caring Helpfulness….I can not Thank you enought for Them wonderful & Execellent care patient….

Worst hospital in Canada, total negligence , my father died here he was very healthy and only 63, these people are so care less and negligent which is never seen anywhere in this world. i took my dad to this hospital in ambulance, and all they did was nothing for 24 hours, they did MRI next day and said he had brain stroke and we can try with medication , and the medication was started after 24 hours after being admitted. my father lost his life after two days because they never started his treatment until 24 hours passed,

My daughter was very sick and it took over an hour just to see triage! If that’s how they take care of toddler’s then imagine everyone else. We eventually left to a walk in clinic. Don’t go to this hospital unless you want to die!

The absolute worst hospital I have ever had to have the misfortune of visiting. My poor im other who is 82 with dementia was treated like garbage!! We were told not to waste our time and have her looked at by her GP at the nursing home!! The nursing home was who sent her there by ambulance!! I have dealt with Trillium health care in Mississauga and William Osler in Etobicoke in the past and never had an experience like ours was yesterday!!! Never will I go there again!!Ignorant Doctors, Nurses and Technicians!!
