    Hi,
I am 62 yrs. old disabled, sick person who is going to be homeless in 4 weeks. I was directed to Hollyburn for a help but looks like I am going to have only one help with having 3 heart attack. For 2 months hard working I don’t know how to call princesses was so busy to complete application to BC Housing. During that time I was calling a numerous time to ..so call my counselor but..no one answer and no one ever returned my calls. I was after one-month waiting and waiting in the office and of course, my hard working counselor wasn’t there. A nice lady from reception call this hard-working counselor and ..she supposed to be in 10 minutes but after almost an hour of waiting supervisor of this department informed me that…this counselor is off today. Funny because she didn’t know that I know that she was on her way to the office but someone told her who is waiting and she..preferred not to be available because after a month nothing was done in my case and supervisor lied to me to cover her employee. Right now is already the 2 months and still, nothing was done. In 4 weeks I am going to be homeless but who cares. This organization probably was established to satisfy himself not to help needy peoples. Today I was calling again and want to talk to the general manager but…he is on vacations so I was put through to one of the managers and I had a chance to a little explain my reason for this call. Afer nice conversation I was promised that someone is going to call me today..but today office is closed already and like always empty promises. Seems to me that no one in this office knows how to use the calendar and watch and something like responsibilities, honesty, ethics, professionalism is some foreign words. How nice it sounds the words from this page like…Client-centered services, High standard of care or strong staff culture. What a cheap joke.

The worst in behavior support. Not collaborative with current team. Unprofessional, terrible support workers. Avoid them.

I had my child in this agency and they were not very helpful at all.

Programs are not client-centred. It’s all about saving every penny from the funding that is to help clients.

The complete worst. Do not deal with this horrible agency.
