Wonderful ,caring staff! All the Hughston facilities I’ve been to have been top notch, but this one is my favorite. If I have to have orthopedic surgery ever again, this is my choice of hospitals

My mother nearly died there because the nurses don’t actually “nurse;” they’ re all far too busy “charting.” If I hadn’t had some previous medical experience, Mom would have died from a previously unknown morphine allergy. When I had the nerve to complain vociferously the next day to the literal hag who “handles” such complaints, I was summarily dismissed because I wasn’t polite and politically correct. Basically, it’s “how dare YOU complain about us — we’re the Houston Clinic! Sorry for your mother and all, but we’re Houston and we’re right.” And the knee replacement was only marginally successful! A dump run by self-righteous, self-important scum, mostly female. NEVER AGAIN.
