Dirty, old, needs updates. Profits over facilities and patient care are obvious. 3rd floor desk person is an evil tyrant. Never sends help. Take a phone everywhere in case you fall maybe you can get a first responder then. Room had dried stool on the floor.

I don't understand their wound care department. You hardly ever see the doctor (you have to beg) all you see and who takes care of your wounds is physical therapist. I still don't understand that and I've been going there 3 or 4 months.

Went to fam Dr he got a cardiac cath that same day..admitted me.Sent me ro downtown Methodist 3 cardiac blockages..Sent to fifth flr cardiac prog care. BEWARE NURSE SHELBY..SHE IS TRULY A PSYCHO..She EIFLED THRU personal items.Nearly went berserk when I said food service people were idiots I was just mad and hungry food was wrong serious SHE NEEDS HELP!!.Went to 3rd flr GREAT SERVICE!!!WARNING STAY AWAY FROM PROG CARE 5TH DLR!!

My care was poor,neglective,developed mrsa twice following surgeries,left completely exposed as students were in my recovery room…extremely humiliating and embarrassing,medical staff entered and left my room without washing hands even as I had mrsa. Now I am very reluctant to seek medical care.my experiences there destroyed my trust in healthcare.my stays there had no reason to have been so insensitive,confusing,saddening…
