The staff there was so attentive to my needs after my hip surgery they seem to love what they were doing. Not just a job but genuinely loved there work. I wish I could have stayed longer. I felt like I was at the Ritz Hotel. Thanks again......

I have been a Kaiser patient for years and due an insurance change, I had to choose John Muir. So far I have not had any good experience with John Muir. I think Kaiser has spoilt me and has set a high bar for customer service. Right from the moment of getting an appointment, finding a primary care physician of your choice, a OB/GYN doctor has been a hassle. The worst is that your Kids’ accounts don’t get added to your account automatically and you have to literally email with some forms (how advanced!!) in PDF forms to get them added and on top of it, the people monitoring the emails are don’t even read the email sent and ask you to submit the form that you just attached previously!! Can’t wait until next year beginning where I can switch over to Kaiser.

When one of their physicians was banned from a patient’s room by family—staff said GOOD CALL! Patient not cared for. Sores and feces. Muir denied. Bring camera to doc everything. Change needed at the top. Not the Muir of 20 yrs ago.
