This is the first hospital I’ve been in that I actually enjoyed. The care and the nurses have been excellently. The staff are all so pleasant James from respiratory is one of my favorites. They made me feel like family. They treated me kindly and with respect. Carole T.

I had a wonderful experience at this hospital. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Within the first day or so I had an issue with my mattress. I spoke to Debi, the patient advocate, about how uncomfortable I was sleeping or lying in the bed. She quickly resolved the problem. Within minutes they had come in with a new mattress and replaced the uncomfortable one. From that point on I slept very well and was so grateful. This is a very nice facility but I am so glad to be going home. Thank you everyone at Kindred! – Marian H.

Excellent care, food was good, dietary was good, nurses were good. We told my husband's transplant Doctor in Pittsburgh that he should be referring his patients to Kindred Heritage Valley instead of Natrona Heights. Kindred has much better care and the place was so much cleaner. My husband had no complaints and would recommend this hospital. We will choose this place again if we need this level of care. - Fred and Sherry Settle

Everyone was really great - nurses, aides and Dr. Ashfaq. I would definitely recommend this hospital. I received great care and was treated very well by everyone. I'm really going to miss my new "friend" Debi, the Patient Advocate, who came to talk with me daily. Very nice hospital.

I got really good care here. My husband and I were very pleased with everything they did for me and how good we were both treated. Debi, the patient advocate holds a special place in our hearts. It was a pleasure getting to know her and we will miss her. The nurses and aides were wonderful and I felt good about the care . My foot and wound are doing great and I am moving on and will be home soon. -Judy and John R.
