Not only did you all provide care but you all taught me how to take care of myself and accept nothing less in care. You all were also my therapists. I was very pleased with my wife's care at kindred. Bathe staff took wonderful care of her and I'm very grateful for their compassion.

The staff were always on top of my care. Never had to wait for anything, they were very good with my care. The hospital was clean and orderly.

Most Everyone here has been very nice and friendly. The care has been as good as a main large facility. Most of the staff was very helpful and informative. Thank you to everyone took care of me... Especially the wound care nurses.

Read all negative comments posted about this facility. Everything negative about this facility is very true, your loved ones lives are based on their perspectives. If the doctors perceive your loved one will not make it, they will not âwasteâ their resources on them, they will just give them enough to show/display that your loved one is holding on for dear life. Its saddening.

AN ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS FACILITY! The staff has mastered FAKE customer service, they DO NOT CARE about your loved ones, they tell you what you need to hear. Behind closed doors your loved one is not being treated as they’d treat their own loved ones. They do the bare minimum at this facility. I wish I did some real digging into this facility before placing my loved one here. They’ve had several lawsuits against them. Do your research, the evidence is indeed there. They are also GREAT at dodging questions they do not know the answers to, and if they do answer your question, they’ll answer you in the most uninformative way. The finesse in their answers are just amazing, don’t be fooled, keep your guard up. I repeat DO NOT PLACE YOUR LOVED ONES AT THIS FACILITY. Most of their âamazingâ reviews are by accounts that were most likely made up just to boost their ratings. It’s quiet interesting how a reviewer only made that one review for them and never reviewed on other places, hmm. KEEP YOUR FAMILY AWAY FROM HERE AT ALL COST!

My father was recently hospitalized at Kindred Hospital. I found the staff to be attentive when needed, great care while staff was in the room. ( large private room ) when I walked around I only saw staff working never sitting unless they were busy there also. I know having a family member who requires respiratory services is nerve racking for alot of family members who maybe don’t understand what is happening at the time but staff kept us informed and we really appreciated that during our critical time of need. Housekeeping 5*, Maintenance took a minute to get our TV setup but at the time it certainly wasn’t priority. Fondly KJM special thanks to Draisey

HORRIBLE FACILITY AND STAFF, DO NOT PUT A LOVED ONE HERE This facility is very mismanaged, nurses very slow to respond to patient room after being called, management does not care or address issues when raised. The problems with this facility start at the very top with poor management and lack of concern over the delays in patient care, and general malaise on the part of the staff. Nurses are rude and do not respond to patients on a timely basis. Patients feel helpless here. Put yourself in your loved ones shoes and STAY AWAY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LOVED ONES. THIS FACILITY DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE A SINGLE STAR.
